Using Small Beats
Use it at home, at work, on as many devices as you like. Please don't try to disrupt the site.
Your tapes
The tapes you make are yours to share however you like. Tape names and "mixed by" names are whatever people type, so we can't vouch for them.
Using the music
The music Small Beats makes is royalty-free. Use it in your videos, streams, podcasts, games or anything else, personal or commercial, with no fee and no need to ask. Credit ("music made with smallbeats.com") is appreciated but not required.
Because anyone can make the same tape, the music isn't exclusively yours. Please don't register it with YouTube Content ID or any other fingerprinting service, claim exclusive ownership of it, or resell it as a sample pack or music library.
Our stuff
The Small Beats name, the site, the music engine and the cassette designs are ours. The buddy characters are used with their artist's permission. Linking and sharing are always welcome.
No warranty
Small Beats is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We may change or discontinue any part of it. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any damages arising from your use of the site.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
